We understand plans can change. That's why our policy is tiered and transparent.
More than 30 days before 95% refunded
Between 15 and 30 days before 70% refunded
Between 7 and 15 days before 50% refunded
Between 3 and 7 days before 25% refunded
Less than 3 days before No refund
The refund is calculated on the rental amount, excluding insurance and management fees. In case of force majeure, contact us — we always look for a solution.
